DWP v2: the repository becomes the harness
The first official Deep Work Plan release makes the repository itself the agent's working harness — context, guardrails, validation, and state, all native to the repo.
Today we are shipping the first official Deep Work Plan release. The repository becomes the harness: it carries the context, guardrails, validation contract, and state an agent needs for reliable long-horizon work.
This release establishes the foundation for everything that follows. A plan is no longer an isolated document handed to a single session — it is part of a repository-native system that any compatible agent can inspect, check for conformance, and continue exactly where a previous session left off.
