What it does

dwp-status is strictly read-only by contract. It summarizes progress, active blockers, checkpoints, and resource envelopes without making changes to any file.

Usage

/dwp-status                      # list and summarize all plans
/dwp-status [plan]               # report details for a specific plan

Behavior

1. Four lifecycle dimensions: reports format (lite or full), materialization status (materializing, ready, or promoting), review approval (pending, approved, or pre_approved), and execution progress (pending, in_progress, blocked, or completed).
2. Repository-wide overview: when called without arguments, lists all plans under .dwp/plans/ with completion percentages, active task locators, and blocker summaries.
3. Resource envelope: displays consumed vs ceiling counters across tracked dimensions (wall_clock, retries, dispatches, spend, tokens) and indicates whether limits are actively enforced or advisory.
4. Blocker diagnosis: surfaces active blocker details from state.json.blocked categorized by the standard escalation taxonomy (classes C1–C7).
5. Delegation observation: summarizes open and completed subagent delegations and recorded peer exchanges.
